Jingle Boots Nominations

The nomination process for the MAY Foundation's Jingle Boots Program is simple and community-driven, ensuring that families in need receive the support they deserve during the holiday season. Nominations are open from June 1st to October 15th every year. To nominate a family, begin by clicking the nomination form button below. This form allows you to share details about the family, including why they would benefit from this program.

After the initial nomination is submitted, the Jingle Boots Committee carefully reviews all applications. If the family you nominated is chosen, a Committee Member will contact you directly. They will coordinate the details needed to create a personalized holiday package, including gifts and a festive meal, and arrange for its delivery to the nominated family.

This thoughtful process ensures every selected family receives the holiday cheer they need, thanks to the support and care of their community.
